Vegetarian cuisine Strawberry pasta salad: a summer treat
Do you like pasta dishes and love trying new recipes? So don’t miss this delicious combination of fresh ingredients.
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 pinch of salt
50g salad mix
10 strawberries (fresh)
Balsamic vinegar cream
And here’s how it’s done:
First, bring salted water to a boil and prepare the farfalle according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, rinse the salad mix thoroughly and squeeze out the remaining water, preferably in a salad spinner.
Cut the avocado into small cubes while it is still in the skin. Remove the flesh from the bowl with a tablespoon.
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and cut them in half. As soon as the farfalle are ready, put all the previous ingredients on a plate and refine with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar cream.
