These chocolate nut puff pastry rolls are super easy to make and ready in no time! We explain how it goes here!
Ingredients for 12 servings:
360 g puff pastry, rolled from the refrigerated section
50 g liquid butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
75g walnut kernels
100g chocolate chips
1 egg yolk
Approximately per serving:
20.7 grams of fat
18.2 grams of carbs
2.9 grams of protein
15 minutes (plus 20 minutes of cooking)
And here’s how it’s done:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees high and low. Unwrap and unroll the puff pastry.
Brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Chop the walnut kernels and sprinkle over them with the chocolate chips.
Roll up the dough on the short side, cut into about 12 slices and place in suitable baking sleeves or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Maybe remodel something.
Whisk the egg yolk with 3-4 tablespoons of water and brush the snails with it.
Bake until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
