Ingredients for the 7 cup salad

You will need: 1 cup diced boiled potatoes, 1 cup diced boiled ham, 1 cup diced boiled eggs, 1 cup peeled, cored and diced apples, 1 cup peeled and diced cucumber, 1 cup diced onion and 1 cup salad mayonnaise. Also salt, pepper and a little paprika powder.

And here’s how it works: boil the potatoes, drain them, peel them and dice them. Measure a cup and place it in a large bowl. Boil the eggs very hard, peel and dice them, also measure a cup and add to the potatoes. Cut the rest of the ingredients into small dice and measure a cup each, add to the salad.
